Your reservation will immediately be confirmed with a reservation number (or a non-guaranteed reservation number in case of a booking for an 'on request' hotel), together with your personal customer code. With this code you can use the 'customer login' facility when making new reservations (so that you do not have to register again) or to cancel or change confirmed reservations by choosing 'update reservations' from the main menu.
