All cancellation terms are confirmed when making your reservation. In general, individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 05.00 PM on the day before arrival (GMT +1). If any exceptions are applicable, these will be mentioned in the comments section of your confirmation.

All reservations have to be guaranteed by credit card. You can confirm your details through this site (secured!) or via our service centre directly. If you are not in the possession of a credit card, please contact our staff to make the necessary arrangements.
